  FAQ

  • What type of clients do you represent?
Firstly, not everyone is the perfect match. We will not represent anyone we don't feel we can offer the best possible service to. Anyone who we feel isn't right for us will be directed to one of the many brilliant PR firms in the area. Our goal is to have long lasting relationships with our clients - just contact us for our testimonials.
  • Can you guarantee me coverage in a certain publication?
PR isn't just about getting coverage, it's about promoting and protecting your overall image. We will do everything we can to secure your dream publication; however, we cannot guarantee it. It simply doesn't work that way. Anyone who does guarantee it... run away very quickly. It might be that your story just doesn't fit in with the timline of that certain publication or their demographic isn't a good fit. We have secured coverage in some of the biggest publications in the world, so dont worry, we've got your back.
  • Do I need a publicist/PR Agency representing me?
Good question! It is ultimately down to what you are looking to achieve and if you have the skillset and contacts to secure mainstream press and handle your PR yourself. Sometimes it isn't always the best course of action to hire a PR agency but if you aren't sure if it's right for you, drop us an email and we will talk you through the best options!
  • How much do you charge?
You can see our prices here. If you have an unusual request and need a tailored quote please email us.
  • How long does it take?
We always advise a minimum of 3 months to properly implement a campaign. We have clients who have stayed with us since 2017 and some who only need our services for 6 months. We will guide you with what is appropriate for your campaign.
  • Do you represent international clients?
Absolutely! We have represented clients from Australia, UAE, North America, Russia, the list goes on! We are based in London UK but we have an international presence and have secured coverage around the world.
  • What is the typical timeline?
We have signed clients within 48 hours of making first contact. Typically it can take anywhere from 2 - 7 days. 1) We get on the phone (or meet if you are local) and discuss your needs 2) We will go away and put together a proposal for you to review 3) We will then draw up contracts and an NDA if needed 4) We are good to go!
